This year, I was privileged to take part once again in the Black Expo’s Young, Black, and Talented Panel Event. Last year, I served on the inaugural panel, and this year, I was invited to serve as entertainment. It all took place on Monday, May 4, 2015 at SOCO in the Vista Columbia Area.
If you missed this event, don’t make the mistake of missing it again… especially, if you are a young, black entrepreneur. This event serves as a great networking opportunity regardless of if you had a seat on the selected panel. Among the panelists were my brother and friend Jeffrey Lampkin, the masterminds behind mobile hustlin’, Reshieka Bell of Fast Foward Mobile Boutique and Corey Laboo of Laboo’s Finest Wangzzz, and award winning hairstylist Travis Douglas. The moderator and organizer of this event continues to be fitness guru James Patrick, owner of MBS Fitness.
I thank James along with Mr. Darrin Thomas, Jeannie Jackson, and the rest of the staff of the SC Black Pages and Black Expo for the wonderful opportunity afforded to me to serve soulful nourishment through musical art.
